Short answer…yes! We are here to answer any questions you have around the installation of your stretch tent. If you are installing your stretch tent in a public space (cafe/restaurant/pub/winery/etc) then we can even have it installed professionally for you. We work closely with a team who we consider to be the best in the business when it comes to professional installation of stretch tents. We can arrange a feasibility assessment at your location to figure out the many ways the stretch tent can work in your space as well as navigate the minefield of council approval. Or if you are setting up permanently at your joint and just want it done right the first time, then we are here to help.

Tent Specs
Our Stretch Tents are made out of DTS 3-ply FR endurance fabric.
They are designed for durable, demanding, temporary solutions and permanent installations.

Yes. All our stretch tent fabric products are pre-treated with a water repellent, anti-microbial agent and a Teflon finish to ensure longevity of your tent.
Payment + Delivery
We accept payment via credit card and bank transfer on our website.
If you choose the pick up option, you can pay via any of the above methods or via cash or EFTPOS in person upon collection from our warehouse in Coburg North, VIC.
We also accept Bitcoin, email us for more info.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Afterpay or Zip Pay for stretch tents as they don’t allow purchases of this size. We can arrange a lay-by situation. Please contact us for more info.
Most tent suppliers hide their shipping costs in the cost of the products while advertising ‘Free Shipping’. We feel it is more transparent and fair to show the cost of the tent and the shipping separately.
Customers in Australia
For orders within Australia, we use a range of courier providers depending on your location. We always choose the lowest courier quote available. For all orders we will provide a tracking number. Please contact us with a delivery address for a quote.
International Orders
We also ship worldwide. For orders outside of Australia, please contact us directly for an international shipping quote.
Local Pickup
Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in the suburb of Coburg North – approximately 15 kms north of the city. If you live locally, you can pick up your stretch tent for no added cost.
Our warehouse hours are by appointment only. Please contact us to make an appointment. We have EFTPOS facilities available at the warehouse.
YES! Our warehouse is located in Coburg North, in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria Australia. If you select ‘Melbourne pickup’ at the checkout page on our website, you can arrange to pick up your stretch tent free of charge. We also have EFTPOS facilities at the warehouse.
We will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for one of our team members. Our warehouse is open by appointment only, so you do have to organise the time in advance.
